Needles, CA

Sorry, no pictures today.  I left the lush valley and headed for the desert.  I am now in Needles, CA.  Needles is known for being the hottest place in America in the summers.  If you watch the weather in the summer you will regularly hear something like, "And the hottest temps today were recorded in Needles, California".  I'm going to stay here over the weekend and then on to Flagstaff for the Overland Expo!
